A) Form of payment and reservations.

 

Reserve:

​

To reserve the studio, you must pay 50% of the final budget. Until the payment of this amount has been made, the dates will be set in pre-booking mode. Customers who have not paid 50% of the final amount will be notified in the event that the same dates are requested for other formations that the reservation will be fixed to whoever formalizes the reservation. For those cases in which the reservation has been paid for and it is necessary to suspend the session/sessions, proceed as follows:

The amount of the reservation will NOT be financially refunded. This amount will be established in a TICKET  that can be used in any of the available services. This amount will depend on the time before the cancellation of this reservation.

1. Ticket with the amount of 100% of the reservation if the cancellation is made at least one month in advance in the event that this reservation is equal to or less than 3 days of study. In case of a higher reservation, this term will be 45 days.

2. Ticket with an amount of 50% of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 29 days and 15 days in advance.

3. Ticket with an amount of 25% of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 15 days and 7 days in advance.

4. Reservations canceled less than 7 days in advance will not be entitled to reimbursement in the form of a Service Ticket.

 

Payment methods:

​

• The remaining amount of the invoice will be paid at the end of the work, against delivery of the material made in the reserved sessions.

• Payment can be made through:

  • Bank transfer (IBAN attached to the invoice)

  • bizum

  • Credit / debit card

  • Cash (as long as the amount does not exceed €1000).

 

B) Specifications:

 

Study session
 

• The necessary extra hours may be worked, charging an extra for each hour over the stipulated session, determined at the official rates.
  For any information on the official fees, see the Study tab. If you know that more hours than usual will be needed, please inform recruitment. There are special rates for Lockout sessions (12 hours or more of recording with the studio locked out all day).

• The session fee includes a Sound Engineer and all facilities.

• The availability of the microphone resides in whether it is being used in another service simultaneously.

• Assembly and disassembly time is part of the session time. We have a pre-assembly service through which we can advance all the work that is necessary. In order to carry out this service, it is necessary to contact recruitment to establish the technical needs.

• In the event of damage caused by the customers' "malpractice" and involving expensive repairs, the customer will be responsible for the same
   

Backups

​

• To perform recording backups, please note that the time spent copying is included in the session time. The usual is to leave the files copying while unmounting.

• Sessions are delivered to the client in Pro Tools Session or in WAV format.

• In the case of the need for a special bounce with processing, the general rate of the study will be applied depending on the time needed to do it.

• In any case, 2 more options are available to customers for sending tracks and sessions:

  • Courier Service: Sending hard drives at €15 (Home delivery by MRW).

  • Online shipping service: Free shipping through an online server (Dropbox / Drive / Wetransfer) depending on the weight of the sessions.

​Backline and Prop (See Equipment).
 

• Use of the backline is included in the session fee, except for the grand piano and lighting.

• For audiovisual recording it is possible to use the backline as a prop.

• The use of lighting (Neewer NL660) has an extra charge of €5 per unit.

• Our insurance covers eventualities and catastrophes (theft, fire, flood, etc.) to our customers in backline and equipment. If you bring valuable equipment, please get in touch to look at the covers.

 

Grand piano
 

• 1 YAMAHA G2 grand piano is made available to customers.

• The tuning fee is €100 plus VAT.

• For tunings it is necessary to hire our tuner.
   

Hospitality
 

• We have a kitchen-dining room in the studio where you can prepare meals and cook.

• Depending on the sessions, food can be ordered to be delivered to the studio.

​

• Free collection at Renfe Manresa.
